Hi! I'm Maddy.

I strive to use my technical background to solve meaningful problems, with empathy.

I'm currently working with the City of Toronto's Big Data and Innovation Team (Transportation Services) to upgrade legacy software systems that house the City's collision and count data of vehicles and pedestrians moving through our transportation network.

• Lately, I've been interested in fibres + fashion.
• I did my undergraduate degree in Systems Design Engineering.
• I spent 2019–2020 as a Code for Canada fellow, working to reimagine the travel experience for the Government of Canada. We blog weekly on Tumblr here.
• I spent 2016–2019 building the future of sharing at Omni. After shifting the business, the engineering team was acquired by Coinbase.
